S2:E35 – Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome Couldnt Beat Carrie Creed

Episode Notes

From issues to being diagnosed with EDS ( Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome) to having issues with pregnancy and childbirth, not once but twice, Carrie Creed has seemingly been through it all. But what you wont hear from her when you listen to her speak is a feeling of being lost of hopelessness. Carrie is a very driven person with goals and standards in life. When you listen to Carrie you begin to understand how and why she was able to be able to push through these things that life set in front of her. Personally, I had to look what EDS was before I sat down with Carrie. I wanted to understand, to a reasonable degree, what she had gone through and why she was hospitalized for as long as she was. EDS is not a simple disease and not easily dealt with. I hope you are as inspired by Carrie Creed and her story as I was, and still am. Carrie is a fighter, a motivator, and just a generally good human being.
